COVID – WE ARE CHANGING THE WAY WE WORK
We have taken steps to keep everyone safe as a result of the COVID Crisis and the current spread of Coronavirus.
DELIVERY NOTES & POD’s
Drivers will now self-sign all delivery notes. They will clearly print the name of the person who re- ceived the goods.
We have temporarily stoped the sending of hardcopy paperwork to further reduce the risk of spreading the virus. All POD’s information will now be emailed as standard.
Anyone who specifically requires hardcopies please make sure you let us know.
LOADING & UNLOADING
Drivers will respect the request to keep contact to the minimum and to adhere to the social dis- tancing regulations set out in both Wales and England.
Drivers are advised to wear protective gloves whilst handling goods and they will be provided with antibacterial hand sanitiser to use at all times.
Drivers are also advised to make regular stops for hand washing where ever possible.

We endeavour to do all that we can to ensure that you are not affected by the current pandemic, and that you continue to receive the same level of service that you would expect from One 2 One Logistics.
